摘要: The most important conversions in the context of green chemistry is with help enzymes. Enzymes are also referred to as biocatalysts and transformations biocatalytic conversions. now easily available an tool organic synthesis. earliest conversion known mankind manufacture ethyl alcohol from molasses, mother liquor left after crystallisation cane sugar concentrated juice. This transformation brought about by enzyme ‘invertase’ which converts sucrose into glucose fructose finally zymase alcohol. It well that antibiotics have been prepared using enzymes (enzymatic fermentation).
