摘要: Dimilin (diflubenzuron), a new insecticide that inhibits chitin synthesis in insects, was found to be acutely and chronically toxic an estuarine mysid shrimp, Mysidopsis bahia. The 96-h LC 5 0 2.06 μg/litre, the 21-day 1.24 μg/litre. Significantly, 28-day exposure estimated concentration of 0.075 μg/litre decreased production offspring per female mysid. Data from chronic tests suggest test concentrations not only reproduction parents but also affected progeny. loss reproductive success occurred even when exposed or progeny had been moved water contained no Dimilin. Should reach waters, larval juvenile stages other nontarget crustaceans may threatened manner similar observed with M.
