摘要: Research output affects both the strength and funding of universities. Accordingly university academic staff members are under pressure to be active productive in research. Though all academics have research interest, not producing which is accredited by Department Education (DOE). We analyzed demographic factors that affect DOE recognized productivity at University KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) between 2004 2008. The results show profiles produce differ from faculty faculty. Thus, intervention strategies increase number should based rather than being based.
