摘要: Work softening occurs for deformation of samples in which the existing dislocation microstructure is thermally-unstable. Measurements reported this paper indicate that a key feature determines stability its cellularity. Noncellular structures formed at low temperature alter rapidly to more cellular arrangement when strained higher temperature. The mechanical effect rearrangement tendency decrease flow stress, dynamically determined. It argued same thermal changes structure occur isothermal deformation, even quite temperature, but comparatively heterogeneous fashion.
