摘要: A combined treatment technique consisting of enzymatic hydrolysis, followed by aerobic biological oxidation was investigated for the alcohol distillery spent wash. The enzyme cellulase used pretreatment step with an intention transforming complex and large pollutant molecules into simpler biologically assimilable smaller molecules. Batch experiments were performed in order to analyze influence various parameters like time, concentration pH during on subsequent kinetics. rate enhanced 2.3 fold pretreated sample as compared untreated when maintained at a value 4.8. Similarly, two increase found effluent enzyme, without any control (i.e. 3,8). study indicated that could be one successful pretreatments which can lead enhancement oxidation.
