摘要: We have used a monoclonal antibody, PA2.6, directed against the heavy chain of HLA-ABC antigens to study detailed tissue distribution MHC class I antigens. Normal tissues from throughout human body were obtained fresh organ donors or operative specimens and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen within 1-2 hr removal. Frozen sections then studied using sensitive peroxidase-antiperoxidase immunohistological technique. The results our show that could be detected on most, but not all, nucleated cells body.
