摘要: We have used a monoclonal antibody, PA2.6, directed against the heavy chain of HLA-ABC antigens to study detailed tissue distribution MHC class I antigens. Normal tissues from throughout human body were obtained fresh organ donors or operative specimens and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen within 1-2 hr removal. Frozen sections then studied using sensitive peroxidase-antiperoxidase immunohistological technique. The results our show that could be detected on most, but not all, nucleated cells body. They only weakly detectable several including endocrine thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary islets Langerhans pancreas gastric mucosa, myocardium, skeletal muscle, hepatocytes some specimens. Spermatozoa positively stained testis, as they moved up into epididymis no longer detectable. found corneal endothelium, Brunner's glands duodenum, villous trophoblast, central nervous system neurones, exocrine portion pancreas, acinar parotid. conclude, therefore, are ubiquitous, previously thought.
