摘要: There has been significant progress in the self-assembly of biological materials, but one-step covalent peptide for well-defined nanostructures is still its infancy. Inspired by functions tyrosine, a covalently assembled fluorescent nanogel developed ruthenium-mediated, photo-crosslinking tyrosine-rich short peptides under visible light within 6 minutes. The stable various organic solvents and different pH levels, unlike those made from vulnerable non-covalent assemblies. semipermeable with high density redox-active tyrosine acts as novel nano-bioreactor, allowing formation uniform metal-peptide hybrids selective biomineralization UV irradiation. As such, this could be useful design nanohybrids peptidosomes possessing functional nanomaterials.
