摘要: Decompression sickness, which damaged the spinal cord, was produced in anesthetized dogs using a compression chamber. Cerebrospinal fluid pressure and several intravascular intracardiac pressures were monitored during course of simulated dives. Manometric responses to forcible lung inflation abdominal measured both predive postdive after signs cord damage evident. Cinevenography epidural vertebral venous system performed postdive. Histopathologic studies brains cords paretic animals carried out. The results indicate that becomes obstructed damaging decompression sickness strongly suggests infarction is caused by obstruction drainage at level system.
