摘要: SUMMARY Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is very rare, low malignant potential and unknown origin. It generally occurs in young women prognosis usually good after complete surgical removal. A female patient 19 years reported, with Solid-pseudopapillary pancreas, who was treated by distal pancreatectomy spleen preservation.
