摘要: Kisspeptins are a family of neuropeptides that critical for the puberty initiation and female fertility. Plasma or serum kisspeptin is mainly derived from placenta during pregnancy plasma levels significantly increase across pregnancy. could be used as potential biomarker detection miscarriage, pre-eclampsia, gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN), fetal development. Kisspeptin may also involved in process parturition by stimulating oxytocin secretion term This review discussed use marker highlighted unresolved problems this area. Tweetable abstract:
