摘要: The role of mitosis in the increase epidermal melanocyte population following repeated ultraviolet (UV) irradiation has been studied C57Bl mice. Cumulative labeling with 3H-methyl-thymidine (3HTdr) was used combination autoradiography. A 4–6 fold associated an isotope 65–80% melanocytes. This indicates that cell division during period can account for total number Labeled melanocytes were also found epidermis from unirradiated skin. Thus, seem to constitute a dynamic under continuous renewal.
