摘要: Three types of amorphous Al2O3-yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) coatings were prepared using air plasma spraying (APS). The effects the APS parameters on microstructure, porosity, amorphous-phase content, and microhardness investigated scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential calorimetry (DSC), transmission (TEM). results indicated that microstructure was dependent used. porosity number unmelted particles deposited increased with flow rate primary gas increasing. contents values exhibited a trend opposite to their present in them. crystallization behaviors Al2O3-YSZ annealed at different temperatures also investigated. higher possessed homogeneous nanocrystalline structure after heat treatments.
