摘要: Abstract This paper reports the development of a written measure nutrition and physical fitness knowledge for use with upper elementary school students. The objectives curriculum which test was developed derive from basic concepts education as proposed by 1969 White House Conference on Food, Nutrition, Health. Evaluation professional review committee adherence to table specifications ensured content validity. Significantly greater gains instructed students than uninstructed established criterion Internal consistency reliability 0.814 measured Cronbach's alpha. authors believe should have wide application in assessing general area education.
