摘要: Three and Four port optical circulator designed with polyvinyl chloride multiwall carbon nano tube material. This research is based on the differently concentrated PVC material composited MWCNT. It used to achieve different refractive index. Finite Differentiation Time Domain (FDTD) simulation method for final derivation. All response are analyzed in 800nm 1000nm wavelength both circulators maximum of 11μm × wafer size.
