摘要: Abstract The first double quantum two-dimensional Fourier transform electron spin resonance (2D-FT ESR) experiments are reported. Extension of 2D-FT ESR to enable detection the ΔM s = ±2transition enhances capability in studying structural properties (i.e. distances bilabeled molecules). A distance 21 was found for a poly-proline peptide, labeled at both ends, agreement with earlier measurements using fluorescence energy transfer.
