摘要: Abstract In this contribution we present an in situ method for the preparation of CuInS 2 –poly(3-(ethyl-4-butanoate)thiophene) (P3EBT) nanocomposite layers and their application solar cells. A precursor solution containing copper indium salts, thiourea conjugated polymer was prepared pyridine, which coated onto glass/ITO substrates followed by a heating step at 180 °C. The induced formation nanoparticles homogeneously dispersed matrix. investigated X-ray scattering techniques TEM methods showing that nano-scaled formed. By addition small amounts zinc salt to solution, (ZCIS) ZCIS–P3EBT active exhibited higher V OC than –P3EBT showed efficiencies about 0.4%. Additionally stability cells tested over time scale 172 h.
