摘要: In this study, we investigate the parabolic potential effects on ground and excited energy states of two-electron quantum dot with impurity inside an infinite spherical confining well. The wave function eigenvalues were calculated using a modified variational optimization procedure based mainly genetic algorithm Hartree–Fock–Roothaan method. results show that charge have strong effect ionization energies. It is worth pointing out as increases, rises, but radius decreases. On other hand, decreases, increases.
