摘要: The signalling pathways by which insulin triggers protein synthesis were studied using an antisense strategy to deplete ERK1/ERK2 and rapamycin inhibit the p70S6K pathway. results indicated that principally regulated amount of machinery available in cell while pathway contributed modulating its activation response insulin. also mediated a small proportion insulin-stimulated included induction c-fos protein. When was blocked majority still occurred thus did not require transcriptional regulation or targets.
