摘要: Modeling Forming Limit Diagrams (FLD) using the finite element method is a quite new approach. The article presents prediction of both branches an FLD, based on Hutchinson – Neale model, taking into account strain rate sensitivity. Abaqus/Standard package has been used to perform simulations. A numerical algorithm describe material behavior implemented as user-subroutine UMAT. plastic anisotropy sheet metal described by BBC2003 and Cazacu Barlat yield criteria. results have compared with experimental data for AA3103-0 aluminum alloy. authors also present strategy determine FLD’s.
