摘要: Malaria is one of the most important diseases in world. Currently about 2.4 billion people live countries where malaria transmitted. There are an estimated 300–500 million new cases with 1.5–2.7 deaths annually (WHO FACT SHEET 1996). The majority and due to occur children under 5 years age living sub-Saharan Africa, but disease exacts its toll virtually all tropical many subtropical areas world A number factors have led worsening situation parts recent years. Foremost among these has been development resistance parasites drugs such as chloroquine that effectively used for treatment prophylaxis almost a half century.
