摘要: In recent years many reports have attributed improved patency and vein utilization with lower extremity arterial bypass to infrapopliteal arteries the use of in-situ graft technique (ISVB). This report describes 110 reversed bypasses (RVB) performed from 1980-1986. Thirty-three per cent these patients did not an intact ipsilateral greater saphenous vein. One hundred had autogenous RVB using a variety techniques, including splicing, arm veins, lesser branch origins distal common femoral artery. The life table figures for grafts are 90%, 85%, 85% at 1 year, 3 years, 5 respectively. limb salvage is 93%. These patency, utilization, modern clearly equal or superior any reported ISVB. Results greatly when compared historic controls, as results There no evidence date demonstrating superiority one versus another.
