摘要: Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease that affects millions of people throughout the world. Even though cutaneous signs and symptoms are most common clinical manifestations, nails can be involved in up to 50% cases, their involvement remains an important yet often overlooked aspect disease. There broad spectrum nail dystrophies associated with psoriasis, ranging from pitting loosening plate less frequent discoloration splinter hemorrhages seen bed. This article discusses normal anatomy embryology unit as well current understanding pathogenesis It also provides extensive review existing literature respect psoriatic therapy. Although there have been many recent advances treatment form disease—most notably field immunotherapies—the options for psoriasis far more limited. While number alternatives currently exist disease, general paucity clear evidence regarding these choices makes it difficult select efficient, safe, optimal patient. has shown some support use topical, intralesional, radiation, systemic, combination therapies available studies lack sufficient power extrapolate standardized therapeutic regimen.
