The use of Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI) and Crowdsourcing in Disaster Management: a Systematic Literature Review.

摘要: The number of crisis events around the world has been increasing in last years and suggests there is a real need to make communities more resilient them. In addition providing conventional authoritative data, ordinary citizens residents affected areas are also voluntarily supplying information about areas, what called Crowdsourced or Volunteered Geographic Information (VGI). This paper conducts Systemic Literature Review aimed at assessing current state research use VGI as source aid management disasters. results suggest an body knowledge way it can improve disaster management. It reveals gaps ‘preparedness’ ‘recovery’, well for robust case studies experimental support this promising field.
