摘要: A computer implemented system and method provide navigation of information structures through corresponding graphical containing nodes. Each node has its own bounded volume defined in a relative 3D coordinate space. further may have parent or child containment relationship with any other arbitrary node. The relationships correspond to semantic nodes an structure. As result, the various spaces are arbitrarily nested within each other, yet for fully local frame reference contained objects. viewer module manages view space current one associated user moves viewpoint space, is dynamically rescaled inverse proportion depth that then selects display only those extents intersecting volume. allows from into nodes, representing narrowing scope structure, reverse broadening scope. rate change location be made proportional distance rear plane volume, preventing ever reaching plane, providing sensation travel infinite depth.
