摘要: Abstract Mg0.5Ti2(PO4)3:Dy3+/Eu3+ phosphors were prepared via solid-state reaction method under normal ambient air. The characterized by X-ray, photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra. XRD patterns showed that Dy3+ Eu3+ could be effectively doped into the Mg0.5Ti2(PO4)3 host. concentration quenching mechanism of in host was proven to dipole-dipole interaction. intensity decay lifetime decreased with increase concentration, which proved existence energy transfer from It found transferred 4F9/2 level 5D0 Besides, correlated color temperature is improved introduction ions. experiment presents Mg0.5−x−yTi2(PO4)3:xDy3+, yEu3+ are promising materials for warm white UV LEDs.
