摘要: We developed a continuous production process of bioethanol from sugars extracted Nannochloropsis gaditana. To improve algal sugar production, the reaction conditions acid-thermal hydrolysis were investigated based on five different types acid and their concentrations (1-4%), loading ratio solid/liquid (S/L). As result, maximum efficiency (92.82%) was achieved under 2% hydrochloric with 100 g/L biomass at 121 oC for 15 min. The hydrolysates obtained N. gaditana applied to main medium Bretthanomyces custersii H1-603 production. yield by microalgal hydrolysate found be 4.84 0.37 g/g, respectively. In addition, cell immobilization B. carried out using sodium alginate, effect volume cell/sodium alginate productivity in batch system. optimal determined as 2 (v/v), immobilized beads stirred tank reactor (CSTR). Continuous ethanol performed both free cells 1 L CSTR. groups, dilution rate 0.04 h-1 (3.93 0.3 g/g cell, 3.68 0.28 respectively).
