摘要: The purpose of this study is to compare transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) alone and in combination with other therapies an animal model. Subcapsular implantation a solid Morris hepatoma 3924A the liver was carried out 50 male ACI rats (day 0). Tumor volume (V1) measured by MRI 13). After laparotomy retrograde placement catheter into gastroduodenal artery 14), following protocols interventional procedure were applied: TACE (mitomycin C + lipiodol) immunotherapy (group A: TNFα IL-2, group B: OK-432 IL-2); antiangiogenesis therapy C: TNP-470, D: endostatin); E (control group). (V2) assessed mean ratio x (V2/V1) calculated. Data analyzed using Dunnett’s t test (comparing therapeutic groups control group) Student-Newman-Keuls significant groups). Multivariate analysis showed reduction tumor growth rate (P<0.05) B (x=6.53) (x=4.01) compared (x=9.14). Significant results observed comparison groups. combined (OK-432) (TNP-470) retards HCC
