摘要: A method for performing a selective discectomy is disclosed whereby path insertion of tissue removal device created by inserting cannula with flexible distal end position into an intervertebral disc entering the nucleus at point contralateral or anterolateral to herniation site anterior relative site. The followed cutting window and either both may be positioned using all any control wires, set styli, viewable markings on component and/or visualization devices.
