摘要: Abstract N-trimethyl chitosan of two quaternization degrees, DQ = 20 and 80 mol% labeled as TMC20 TMC80, were synthesized characterized by 1H NMR. Polyelectrolyte complexes (PECs) TMC/alginate (TMC/ALG) prepared at pHs 2, 7 10 mixing the aqueous solutions unlike polymers. The PECs through infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA/DTG) wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS). Using TMC DQ = 20 mol% following same methodology for preparing PECs, beads TMC20/ALG obtained pH 2 loaded with curcumin (CUR) 6.0–6.5. morphology was evaluated scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Studies in vitro controlled release CUR from investigated simulated intestinal fluid (SIF) gastric (SGF) treated using conventional partition-diffusion models. Results indicated that based on ALG presented potential drug-carrier to improve solubility biological activity close physiological one.
