Flow injection determination of diclofenac sodium based on its sensitizing effect on the chemiluminescent reaction of acidic potassium permanganate–formaldehyde

摘要: A sensitive and simple chemiluminescent (CL) method for the determination of diclofenac sodium has been developed by combining flow injection technique its sensitizing effect on weak CL reaction between formaldehyde acidic potassium permanganate. calibration curve is constructed under optimized experimental parameters over range 0.040–5.0 µg/mL limit detection 0.020 µg/mL (3σ). The inter-assay relative standard deviation 0.040 µg/mL (n = 11) 2.0%. This rapid, sensitive, simple, shows good selectivity reproducibility. proposed successfully applied to studied in pharmaceutical preparations with satisfactory results.
