摘要: Soft rot caused by Pectobacterium species is a devastating plant disease poorly characterized in terms of host responses. In this study, changes the transcriptome tobacco plants after infection with atrosepticum (Pba) were analyzed using RNA-Seq. To draw comprehensive and nontrivially itemized picture physiological events Pba-infected to reveal novel potential molecular "players" plant-Pba interactions, an original functional gene classification was performed. The classifications present various databases merged, enriched "missed" genes, divided into subcategories. Particular cell wall-related processes, perturbations hormonal other regulatory systems, alterations primary, secondary, redox metabolism elucidated expression. Special attention paid prediction transcription factors (TFs) involved disease's development. Herewith, expression within predicted TF regulons assembled at whole-genome level based on presence particular cis-regulatory elements (CREs) promoters. Several TFs, whose differentially expressed considered be master regulators Pba-induced Differential regulation genes belonging multigene family encoding cognate proteins explained presence/absence CRE
