摘要: The population genetics and spatial structure of the fairy ring fungus Marasmius oreades (Bolt. : Fr.) Fr. was studied by DNA amplification fingerprinting (DAF). Basidiocarp samples were collected from rings two separate sand dune systems about 560 m2 1750 m2, respectively, on Lista Peninsula in southwestern Norway 1996. Samples after a careful mapping vegetation survey composition vascular plants, bryophytes lichens. DAF with standard arbitrary oligonucleotide primers used to examine genetic relationship between basidiocarp samples. study showed that fungal contained high number genotypes 90% represented genet. Both cluster phylogenetic analyses products established relationships genetically similar basidiocarps found close each other. Overall results weak ...
