摘要: Abstract The impedance of the cell Au/HClO4-5.5 H2O/Au was investigated in frequency range 1 to 105 Hz between 4.2 and 300 K. analysis data enables an evaluation important electrolyte properties such as conductivity dielectric constant a wide temperatures, predominantly solid state HClO4-5.5 H2O (Tf = 228 K). double layer capacity gold electrodes also determined; it shows qualitatively similar result compared with previous measurements. In state, ionic exhibits two distinct activation energies 0.37 0.54 eV corresponding phases present above below 170 Below 120 K energy becomes very small tends zero around 80 indicating possible tunneling processes rigid structure. At about same temperature reaches its low limit value ϵ∞ ≈ 11 which is considerably higher than pure ice 3.
