摘要: System for producing hydrogen and oxygen based on the decomposition of sodium chlorate (NaClO3). At a service station 40, is produced by chloride (NaCl) electrolyzer. The supplied with water (H2O), energy carrying out electrolysis reaction; produces (NaClO3) gaseous (H2). Vehicles (10) are these two products. Each vehicle has reactor (32) decomposing (NaClO3), reaction products being oxygen, which supplies fuel cell (13), chloride.
