摘要: Abstract The electronic structure of polycrystalline ferromagnetic Zn 1− x Co O (0.05≤ ≤0.15) and the oxidation state in it, have been investigated. Co-doped samples are synthesized by a combustion method at room temperature. XPS optical absorption studies show evidence for 2+ ions tetrahedral symmetry, indicating substitution ZnO lattice. However, powder XRD electron diffraction data presence metal samples. This give to fact that some ion incorporated lattice which gives changes whereas ferromagnetism comes from impurities present
