摘要: Purpose: Competency is a term that used in management order to show the required skills which managers should have successfully administrate different organizations The purpose of this investigation was identify and compare competencies needed by track field coaches first second division Greece. Materials methods: For collection data, we an instrument validated sample 349 all divisions. final study 156 212 division, selected randomly. Findings: Exploratory factor analysis revealed five factors explained 63.811 total variance variables. Cronbach-alpha questionnaire 0.89, while sub-scale reliabilities for ranged from: 0.819 0.755. Results: Further between groups showed that: (a) there significant difference technique (F=5.909, p<0.016), (b) biology (F= 6.849, p<0.009). No differences were observed other factors. Multivariate Analysis Variance, with variables such as age, years experience, kind degree training specialization, no subjects. Conclusion: findings our indicated both realize importance necessary competencies, grouped sport science manage athletes organize sporting event.
