摘要: HP1γ, encoded by CBX3, is associated with cancer progression and patient prognosis. However, the prognostic value functions of CBX3/HP1γ in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain unclear. Here, we performed a bioinformatics analysis using Oncomine, TCGA Human Protein Atlas databases, Kaplan-Meier plotter, UALCAN web-portal to explore expression significance patients different cancers, including liver cancer.
