摘要: Abstract To understand working features of a micro-tube combustor, combustion CH 4 /O 2 was carried out in three types micro-tubes with the same outer diameter 3 mm. In tests, characteristics and heat loss were studied. It is shown that when equivalence ratio lower than unity, not completely oxidized great amount gas H CO produced, which lowered release. If little larger to water vapor, reaction released maximum heat. Meanwhile, tube wall largest. Heat stainless steel occupied 22% release at most. Since emissivity ceramic tube, radiative very large most 70% total loss. Additionally, because thermal conductivity less steel, temperature gradient along axis disadvantageous transfer flame stabilization.
