摘要: Protooncogenes are the cellular counterparts of viral transforming genes and play a wide range roles in growth differentiation. One group protooncogenes code for nuclear proteins some these, such as c-fos, c-jun known to be transcription factors. Transcription factors that bind specific nucleotide sequences usually 5’ portions bring about alteration rates from target genes. Factors at enhancer elements can either induce or repress initiated promoter gene they cooperate compete with each other effect modulation responses complex patterns (Schonthal, 1990 [1]; Diamond et al, [2]).
