摘要: For some considerable time, there has been a growing awareness that defective essential fatty acid metabolism plays causal role in the pathogenesis of both schizophrenia and non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) but influence rheumatoid arthritis cancer is less well appreciated. An EFA deficiency, or metabolism, negatively influences prostaglandin synthesis glucose regulation transport. Moreover, estrogen availability which contributes to observed gender bias these illnesses manifest. While fluctuations are known contribute conditions, so also do IGF-II suggestion insulin may be inversely regulated. In addition, insulin-dependent (IDDM), arthritis, thought autoimmune disorders, while associated with immune system failure. Consequently, this paper aims examine pathophysiological similarities differences between mental illness, diabetes, respect relationship obtains acids, estrogen, IGF-II, autoimmunity will addressed.
