摘要: For power transmission line detection, the multiple lasers of different wavelengths are used to location. Because sophisticated effects environmental light and background elements, it's difficult extract laser spot. So, this paper presented a method hybrid-laser image spot based on HSV space SVD for which in is formed target object. First, it extracts detection spots from image. Second, separates at wavelengths.
