摘要: Background Recent studies suggest many long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are crucial oncogenes or tumor suppressors. This study intended to investigate the biological function and mechanism of lncRNA TTN antisense RNA 1 (TTN-AS1) in progression breast cancer (BC). Materials methods BC tissue samples were collected. The expression TTN-AS1 tissues adjacent was detected by qRT-PCR, relationship between pathological indicators analyzed chi-square test. cell lines T47D BT549 utilized as models. CCK-8 assay BrdU used detect effect on proliferation. Transwell effects migration invasion. In addition, dual-luciferase reporter gene confirm targeting miR-524-5p TTN-AS1. Western blot regulating ribonucleotide reductase subunit 2 (RRM2) survivin. Additionally, subcutaneous xenotransplanted model tail vein injection constructed vivo. Results significantly higher than that normal tissues, its high correlated with adverse indicators. Overexpression promoted proliferation, invasion cells. knockdown suppressed malignant phenotypes overexpression impeded miR-524-5p, but increased RRM2. Conclusion exerts oncogenic repressing increasing
