摘要: The conventional four-step sequential extraction method and the EDTA acetic acid single procedures were applied to sewage sludge sediment samples. results obtained with these samples for Cu, Cr, Ni, Pb Zn using Tessier compared those supplied by two employed. In addition, was also a reference material, CRM 483, certified values this sample. As result, good agreement found between metal contents released in first three fractions of leached simpler most elements studied. Subsequently, methods accelerated means microwave energy, order reduce operating time. efficiency compared with that optimised only 483 satisfactory all studied, except Cr Pb. This work could be employed as screening evaluate rapidly easiest mobilizable heavy metals samples, although more should analysed determine their general applicability. application provided both extracts.
