摘要: Within the framework of studying fructan metabolism wheat, several comparative investigations different preparation and extraction methods were accomplished to find most suitable for quantitative determination primary water-soluble carbohydrate contents plant material. Changes in sugar content oven-dried samples detailed. Oven-dried materials have significantly lower total than fresh ones. The decreases higher monosaccharide level glucan. Sucrose concentration dried was similar components different, so their ratio not identical with efficiency soluble could be increased by using boiling water as first extracting solution instead ethanol. TLC analysis show that contain amount fructans low degrees polymerization (DP). conclusion is, neither glucose, fructose, or oligosaccharide content, nor DP are one.
