摘要: Abstract Carbon-nanofibres and carbon-nanotubes were grown in a vertical flow-reactor. Ferrocene was used as catalyst organic precursors like xylene, benzene acetylene carbon sources. Experiments carried out an argon argon/hydrogen atmospheres. The experiments performed at normal or reduced pressure process temperatures ranged between 650 1070 °C. Layer deposition of nanotubes/nanofibres observed on the reactor wall powders could be collected from exhaust gas after furnace. At low reaction ferrocene-concentrations well-aligned homogeneous multiwall-carbon-nanotubes found wall. By increasing temperature, reducing pressure, nanotubes together high amounts low-quality carbon-nanotube powder exhausted gas. It shown that only grew if hydrogen added to flow. deposited layers containing carbon-nanofibres multiwall-nanotubes by TEM.
