摘要: Abstract This study aimed to characterize the structure and functioning of benthic food web associated with Ascophyllum nodosum zone rocky shore Roscoff by using δ13C δ15N. Several characteristics trophic ecology invertebrates this mid-littoral habitat which belong different functional groups (e.g., grazers, filter-feeders, predators omnivores) were highlighted. In particular, filter feeder species (including mostly sponges) used macroalgae-derived organic matter as a substantial requirement. The results also pointed out an important stable isotopes variability for strict coexisting primary consumers which: (1) is directly related high δ15N range sources; (2) makes it impossible establish unique level scale based on values, previously done in coastal environments; (3) points existence major co-occurring pathways characterise habitat.
