摘要: The early beginnings of the meat industry are rooted in prehistoric times and basic procedures for processing were established before recorded history. In days modern industry, material remaining after removal meat, hide fat was dumped into trenches or rivers. Prior to 1900, inedible by-products exclusive hides used fertilizer.
