摘要: Tamoxifen and monohydroxytamoxifen (Fig. 1) are non-steroidal compounds that antagonise the effects of oestradiol in rat (1–4). However, although they antioestrogenic also possess atypical oestrogenic activity probably best described as partial agonists.
