摘要: Changes in the intestinal and colonic proteome patients with necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) may help to characterize disease pathology identify new biomarkers treatment targets for NEC. Using gel-based proteomics, proteins NEC-affected sections were compared those adjacent, near-normal tissue within same patients. Western blot immunohistochemistry applied crossvalidate proteomic data histological location of some selected proteins. Thirty identified differential expression between necrotic vital small-intestine 23 colon sections. Five similarly affected small intestine colon: histamine receptors (HRs), actins, globins, immunoglobulin, antitrypsin. Two heat shock (HSPs) intestine. Furthermore, involved antioxidation, angiogenesis, cytoskeleton formation, metabolism affected. Finally, secretory such as antitrypsin, fatty-acid binding protein 5, haptoglobin differed tissues. NEC progression affects different pathways colon. HSPs play an important role, especially The should be investigated possible circulating markers gut regions.
