摘要: Urothelial carcinoma is the second most common genitourinary malignancy. Although majority of patients present with superficial bladder tumors, there are several clinical problems, such as progression to invasive poor prognosis and chemosensitivity. Alterations in p53 represent one genetic events urothelial suggested be linked tumor progression, prognosis, possesses various functions, including induction cell-cycle arrest, apoptosis, DNA repair, antioxidants; it acts a killer healer. In this article, we review roles pathways carcinogenesis findings from recent studies ours other groups, discuss significance abrogation treatment carcinoma.
